For girls aged 9-15
Every touchpoint can have a big ripple effect! Helping girls build sustainable confidence is what sets this program apart. Shine Bright is grounded in clinical psychology and led personally by Dr. Katie.

THE SESSIONS
1. Building Your Inner Confidence
Girls explore what confidence really means through a creative Confidence Map and open discussion
1. Befriending Your Inner Critic
Girls craft a personal "Inner Cheerleader" script - replacing fear with compassion.
3. Brave, Not Perfect
Girls challenge fear-based thinking and commit to one small, brave action. Trying is the new winning.
4. Shine Bright - Celebrating Strengths
Girls reflect on how far they've come and create a Shine Bright Card to carry it forward.

Dr. Katie Liebenberg, Psy.D, is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working with children, teenagers, young adults and families for the past 19 years. Dr. Liebenberg specializes in treating children, adolescents, and families.
